Course Objectives The object of this course is to provide a general approach on the basic concepts and subjects Execution Law and Bankruptcy Law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Evaluate the execution procedure for the leasehold estates
  • Compare the evacuation without judgment of leased real estate procedure with the other remedies.
  • Analyze the legal status of the executive proceeding with the information about provisional distraint.
  • Evaluate the institutions related to the bankruptcy law on the basis of the provisions accepted by Execution and Bankruptcy Code.
Course Description Following topics will be covered during this course: enforcement of bonds, encashment and sharing, evacuation of property, enforcement with verdict, cautionary levy, law of bankrupt, composition order, restructuring via conciliation, enforcement crimes.
